Ingredients
- 300 grams white bread flour
- 11 grams dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil
- 125 grams natural yogurt
- 120 grams cream cheese
- 100 millimeters water
Preparation
Place the flour, yeast, salt, water, oil and yogurt in the bowl fitted with the kneading/grinding tool. Launch the P1 pastry program for 1 min.
When the dough is ready, divide into 6 balls. Flatten each ball and place a portion of cheese on one half. Close the dough over the cheese and seal the edges well. Repeat this step.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on a high heat and cook the naans for approximately 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
TIP: These Indian breads are perfect with curries or as an aperitif. You could sprinkle with curry powder to serve.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1 tablespoon finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- A pinch of black pepper
- 4 slices fresh crusty bread, about 1 cm thick
- 4 slices medium cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Gruyere cheese
Preparation
Blend the butter with the parsley, Parmesan, garlic and pepper until well combined. Spread the butter mixture evenly over one side of each slice of bread. Place a slice of cheddar on the unbuttered side of 2 slices of bread. Toss the mozzarella with the Gruyere and sprinkle over the cheddar. Cap the sandwiches with the remaining bread, buttered side out.
Select the “Sandwich” program and press “OK”. Once the purple indicator light has stopped flashing, place the sandwiches on the grill and close the lid.
Cook until the indicator light has changed to red or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
Tips: The combination possibilities for this sandwich are endless. Add bacon, ham, salami, turkey, tomato, basil, sage or roasted red peppers. Substitute any combination of favourite cheeses for those suggested in the recipe. Serve this sandwich with a hot bowl of soup for a warming lunch or light supper.
A healthy version to fried foods, the T-Fal ActiFry Express allows a fresh batch of fries to be made using only 1 spoon of oil. Ingredients
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 ActiFry spoons vegetable oil
- 1 orange
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Sliced green onions
- Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Preparation
Whisk water, cornstarch, flour, salt and pepper together until smooth in a large bowl. Add cauliflower florets and stir until coated. Transfer cauliflower to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Chill for 30 minutes.
Put cauliflower in your ActiFry. Drizzle with vegetable oil and cook for 22 minutes or until browned and tender.
For the sauce, combine orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, ketchup, sugar, sesame oil and garlic in a saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir cornstarch with 1 teaspoon water until dissolved. Whisk into the sauce and cook for 2 minutes or until glossy. Remove from heat and stir in orange zest.
Toss cauliflower with warm sauce and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
