Miranda Kerr For Mango Spring/Summer 2013 Campaign

Australian beauty Miranda Kerr, who is well-known as a Victoria's Secret Angel, has been scooped up by Spanish retailer, Mango. She will be seen as the new face of the Spring/Summer 2013 campaign. Miranda Kerr follows in the footsteps of legendary spokes model Kate Moss who has been the face of the brand for several years. Previous celebrities who have graced the brand's campaign include Scarlett Johansson, Naomi Campbell and Penelope Cruz.

Miranda Kerr, who is married to Orlando Bloom and is mom to little Flynn, will be seen flaunting her picture-perfect abs in Mango's stripped tops and denim. Her fit and well-toned figure seem to flawlessly shine through in Mango's advertisement campaigns that extend to digital, print and broadcast.

While some may think that no one can follow in the footsteps of Kate Moss, they may be wrong. Miranda, 30, poses with utmost confidence and her dashing, smoldering looks only play to her advantage. She seems at ease while she poses and pouts for the camera. Miranda entered the fashion industry at the tender age of 13. This Aussie beauty won an Australian nationwide model search and since then many doors opened for her. Last month, Miranda revealed that she would no longer be Victoria's Secret Angel. Her priorities have changed now that her two-year old son is all growing up. She and her husband would be relocating to New York.

The Mango Spring/Summer 2013 campaign was shot was photographers Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin and styled by Geraldine Saglio. Credits for her envious tresses goes to Lisa Butler and her flawless makeup was set by Christiaan Houtenbos. The collection sported by Miranda seem to include figure-hugging dresses, lightweight knitted tops, floral printed trousers, colored shorts, denim and summer dresses. The monochrome palette is certainly pleasing to the eye. The collection brings a handful of colors to brighten the spring look as well as a few staple pieces.

Kate Moss has managed to lead the brand successfully over the years, but Miranda Kerr is no less of style icon. Being a supermodel bombshell, she has managed to have a loyal set of young and hip fans who adore her. We are pretty sure that Miranda won't have any problems influencing Mango's fashionable shoppers. Watch out for the lovely Miranda Kerr on billboards and print ads.
