Key Skin Care Products To Pack When Visiting South Asia

When packing for your trip to South Asia, don't forget to include key skin care products that protect your skin from the sun and pollution.

This summer, before you leave for South Asia, pack products that protect your skin from air pollution and the sun. The W.H.O., in its May 2014 report, identified that 18 of the world's 20 most polluted cities are in South Asia.

These cities (Agra, Amritsar, Allahabad, Ahmedabad, Delhi (first on list), Firozabad, Gwalior, Idgir, Kanpur, Karachi, Khanna, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Narayonganj, Patna, Peshawar, Rawalpindi and Raipur) have poor air quality with alarmingly high levels of airborne particles and gases such as carbon monoxide which damage the respiratory system.

Air pollution, combined with a harsh sun, damages the skin. Consequently, the skin care focus, when travelling in South Asia, should be prevention, protection and purification so that you return with memories and not brown spots.
