The extravagant and visual bonanza also known as the Aamby Valley Indian Bridal Fashion Week 2013 ended on a high note with Tarun Tahiliani’s bridal collection – Marriage, Mystic, and Magic – which was the grand finale of the six-day fashion and bridal extravaganza. Celebrities, well-known names and faces of the fashion fraternity, and social elites were there to witness the end of the show. India Bridal Fashion Week 2013 (IBFW) showcased gorgeous designs of some leading fashion designers. The glittering week culminated with Tarun Tahiliani's exceptional collection, showcased by none other than Lisa Haydon.

Alia Bhatt walked the ramp for Tahiliani and wore modern contemporary jewellery for a well-known brand AZVA by World Gold Council. She said, “I got the chance to wear this beautiful gold jewellery that usually a girl like me who is just 20 years old doesn't get to wear at home. I also want to add something to that bridal gold jewellery shouldn't only be worn on the day of your wedding."
The Attakalari group presented a dance performance for Tahiliani’s show. The last performance was a masterpiece that illustrated elegance, beauty, and fluid moves by the dancers who graced the stage. The models wore a nude color sari, which were accompanied by glimmering and soothing salwar suits, skimpy dresses, and eye-catching floor-grazing jackets. Tarun’s goal was to create a couture collection, which reflected an amalgamation of traditional crafts, sparkling crystals and carats, and luxurious materials that embellish the bride and grooms and their families. Tarun showed examples of pisatachio-green anarkali suits and sherwanis in silk jacket that showed intricate embroidery.

Sonam Kapoor was at her sensuous best and wore Rohit Bal’s cream colored lehanga choli with golden embroidery and golden jewellery. She broke into a dance on Friday to “Aa Jaane Ja” from the 1969 film Inteqaam in the background. She said, "It felt great because these songs are from the 1950s and 1960s, the golden period of Indian cinema…I have always wanted to act to that kind of music, so it's enough for me to walk to it, and listen to it and be a part of it in some creative way.” Bal’s ‘mulmul’ collection saw a melange of simplicity and grandeur velvet material, which the veteran designer had used from receiving inspiration from Kashmiri embroidery on muslin using tie-and-die techniques on fabrics like chanderi and voiles.
