Las Vegas is known as the city that never sleeps. There are thousands of things that you can do in Las Vegas — and now you can add visiting the Nobu Hotel at Ceasars Palace to your fall travel getaway plans. Set to open it's door this October, Nobu Hotel at Ceasars Palace is preparing their final finishing touches for their first location in Las Vegas.
Helmed by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, there are twenty-four signature Nobu restaurants around the globe including New York, Milan and even Dubai. The restaurant holds a strong Japanese theme. The place is set to be anchored by a 11,200-square-foot restaurant that will express the sensibility that combines the best of the east and west in a fun and whimsical setting. The bowed columns of bamboo will line the exterior of the restaurant to resemble the structure of the traditional Japanese ikebana basket used for the art of flower-arranging.
What makes a great restaurant is not just the food, it's also the type of environment that it presents. Nobu has a vibrate tone, with colorful, patterned private dining pods and undulating leather-upholstered screens that will wrap the dining room, inspired by Japanese teat whisks and vibrant kimonos, all complement the atmosphere. A 15-person bar will be the focal point of the lounge and will feature an oversized bowl hand-carved out of a single block of wood. It is designed around the japanese notion of wabi sabi, meaning simplicity and beauty in natural states, is a simple yet intimate space that will be achieved through the use of authentic and unrefined finishes.
The man that will behind the amazing architecture is none other than David Rockwell and his firm Rockwell Group. They will lead the design of the hotel, restaurant and lounge. The firm has a decade-long history with the Nobu brand, Rockwell is sure to infuse these stylish interiors showcasing natural materials with the Nobu's signature Japanese elegance. "In keeping with Nobu's culture and Chef's Nobu's exquisite taste, all materials have been hand-crafted and curated to create a complete luxury experience. I'm thrilled to have worked with this premier brand for the past fifteen years and we, as a firm, are excited to continue telling the Nobu story through the design of the Las Vegas restaurant as well as the brand's very first hotel," says architect David Rockwell of Rockwell Group.
"This restaurant will mark many first milestones – the first Nobu on the Las Vegas Strip, the very first of my restaurants to offer an in-room dining menu and the first-ever Nobu to open alongside a Nobu Hotel," said Matsuhisa. "We pour our hearts into each new project and are passionate about crafting imaginative ideas with our guests in mind. Caesars Palace shares our values in striving to leave guests with lasting memories and we are thrilled to be revealing the new concepts and designs for Nobu Caesars Palace."

"We couldn't be more proud to welcome Chef Nobu and his acclaimed cuisine to our world-class lineup of celebrated chefs and to unveil a third outstanding restaurant designed by David Rockwell to Caesars Palace, combined with the highly anticipated opening of the world's first Nobu Hotel."
Nobu, will surely not disappoint anyone, with such amazing culinary and a great atmosphere, one will surely have a good time. This is defiantly a place to visit during a trip to Las Vegas.
