Why It Matters:
Founded by Klaudia Zinaty in 2022, The Women Empowerment Awards presented by Rogers Communications Inc. in association with Mantella Corporation were created to recognize and celebrate the incredible and diverse achievements of women in Canadian business, leadership, mentorship, global impact, diversity, equality & inclusivity, community service, rising stars and lifetime achievement.
After the devastating impact that women entrepreneurs faced following the global pandemic that continues to be very real while working towards reducing the gap of gender inequality, this event has been designed to empower women as key change makers in our community, help support female entrepreneurs with their businesses and to help them advance in their careers.
Why You Need To Be There:

The evening provides and incredible ambience of support and a wonderful opportunity to network and connect.
In addition, Rogers Communications will provide an exclusive $10,000 CAD to the winner of Entrepreneur of the Year Award who is exemplifying the ideals of entrepreneurship by running a successful start-up or being the driving force of a successful business.
