Comic Con India And Reed Exhibitions Enter Joint Venture

Comic Con India ventures with Reed Exhibitions to magnify world pop culture scene in India.

In its fourth year, Comic Con India has entered into an equal joint venture partnership with Reed Exhibitions to scale up the conventions in India. The joint venture is to allow fans to experience world class events within India, as well as to amplify pop culture. The Comic Con India team will work alongside the ‘ReedPOP’ division of Reed Exhibitions as well as being included in ReedPOP’S portfolio of events that include New York Comic Con, the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo, Oz Comic-Con, PAX, Gaming & Comics Convention, Singapore Toy and Star Wars Celebration.

Comic Con India has been operating for three years, bringing a community of pop-culture fans to celebrate the comic industry and related fields of merchandise, toys, films, animation and games. Multiple events take place across the country, as well as creating a platform of local and international artists to showcase their talents and interact with fans.

ReedPOP is now internationally renowned, acknowledging new pop culture audiences throughout the world and producing experiences for fans while connecting exhibitors to the unexplored markets. ReedPOP’s greatest achievement till date was the creation of an Australian team to launch PAX Australia, creating a sold-out event for the US largest consumer video game festival, as well as a partnership with Oz Comic-Con where the event was sold out over six cities throughout Australia.
