In Bollywood, the hero always gets the girl in the end. Even after going through opposing family members, fighting off villains or the damsel in distress playing hard to get.
Who doesn't love a happy ending! Bollywood celebs don't just get the happy endings in the movies but in real life as well. Let's take a look at some famous dilawale and dulhaniyas who make up a sizeable portion of the inter-religious couples of Bollywood.
These two lovebirds are the latest to join the club. Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Khemu dated for quite a while before getting hitched on January 25, 2014. They met on the sets of Dhoondthe Reh Jaooge and even spent some time living together before marriage.

The king of Bollywood fell in love with Gauri Chibber, who belonged to a Hindu Brahmin family. Even after disagreements and strong resistance, Shah Rukh Khan was relentless and the two got married in 1991. It's been smooth sailing ever since.

Their wedding was one of the most talked about in Bollywood. Everyone expected that Bebo (Kareena Kapoor) would convert to Islam in order to marry her nawab saab Saif Ali Khan, but she has remained a Hindu — just like mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore.

These two are yet another example of interfaith marriages of Bollywood. Genelia is a Mangalorean Catholic while Ritesh is a Maharashtrian Hindu. They got hitched in 2012 in both Christian and Maharashtrian styles, paying respects to both sides of who they are.
