Spinning is indoor cycling with music and a class atmosphere. The instructor leads you through changes in body position, pedal speed and resistance, varying the intensity throughout the class. 

Very often candlelight is used along with epic spaces and energizing music that helps you move through the process, providing a workout unlike anything you’ve done before.

So how can this workout benefit you? Spinning uses choreography to help strengthen your lower body muscles while working the core and upper body as well. Hand weights are often used to include your arms in the workout.
