Runway and celebrity looks that will take your brow game to a new level.
A few years ago, no one was paying much attention to eyebrows. Sure, we’d thread, wax and pluck them to give them a nice shape and give our face some definition, but most of us didn’t do much else. Now, eyebrows require a dedicated part of your makeup routine. There are mascaras, waxes, pencils and shadows to fill them in so they perfectly frame your face. With all this focus on brows, it’s only natural that the runways are seeing an array of trends that ensure the eyebrows are the focal point.
Go Glossy

The models who walked the Carolina Herrera FW15 show in New York sported eyebrows that glistened. This look is pretty easy to achieve — all you need is a clear gloss or cream eyeshadow. After filling in your brows, use the gloss to set it all in place and give your eyebrows that permanently wet look.
Brushed Up

This is a look that doesn’t require much effort. Go natural and don’t fill in your brows for this one. Simply take a brow brush and brush through your entire eyebrow with an upward motion. You can decide just how unruly you want your brows to look — brush all the way up, or focus on just the inner corners for something more subtle.
Lid-to-Brow Colour

Jeremy Scott is one designer that does not shy away from bright, bold, neon colours. At his FW15 runway show in New York, the models donned bright colours on their lids right into their eyebrows and brow bone. This look might not work as well in everyday life, but you can certainly take inspiration from it. Use a nice, shimmering shadow right into your brows. Or do the same with a creamy matte shadow. You can even get festive and give your eyebrows a bit of glitter.
Pretty Pastels

People have been colouring their eyebrows for ages, but it's only recently that we've seen people sporting beautiful, standout brows in an array of colours, from pastel pinks to bold blues. Versace ensured this trend isn't going anywhere during their SS16 show in Milan by featuring pretty-in-pink eyebrows. I don't suggest bleaching your brows to get this look. Instead, opt for temporary colour (which can even be found in crayon form for easy application).
