Adele’s ‘Hello’ Is The Second Fastest Video To Hit Over 100 Million YouTube Views Ever
Entertainment Oct 29, 2015
Adele recently released her brand-new single, "Hello," and it has been rapidly gaining views on YouTube, coming in well over 100 million!
Adele's third studio album is set to release in November 2015, called 25. Adele put out the first track from the album, "Hello," her first single in three years. Of course, this release has set the Internet ablaze.
The video for "Hello" has racked up over 100 million views, with 27 million from the first day — a huge triumph for the singer. Crossing the 100 million line in its first week, the song joined only 2 other singles with this accomplishment: PSY's "Gentleman" and Miley Cyrus's "Wrecking Ball."
Below, we'll look at the 10 music videos that have managed to get 100 million views the fastest.

Following the success of PSY's "Gangnam Style," which took the world by storm, "Gentleman" was one of the fastest tracks to hit 100 million views. It took just three days for PSY to hit the mark.
In just four days, Adele hit 100 million views on her latest music video, "Hello," from her upcoming album, 25, which releases in November 2015.
3. Miley Cyrus, "Wrecking Ball'

From her fourth studio album, Bangerz, this track received good reviews from critics who appreciated the lyrical content. One thing that had everyone talking was the video, in which Miley left nothing to the imagination as she sat naked on, well, a wrecking ball.
Nicky Minaj hit 100 million views on her 2014 track "Anaconda." It also broke records on Vevo by accumulating 19.6 million views on day one of its release.
This American beauty released "Bad Blood" as part of her fifth studio album, 1989, in May 2015. It won video of the year at the 2015 MTV Video Music Awards. The track featured American rapper Kendrick Lamar.
Yet again, Taylor Swift managed to hit over 100 million views on another track from the 1989 album — this time "Blank Space." The video has hit over 1 billion views on Vevo, making it a huge success.
This song was a huge success. It was a tribute track to the late Paul Walker in Furious 7. It featured both Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth and became the biggest success to date for both stars.
Known for wearing the most outlandish outfits, Lady Gaga got herself onto our list of the fastest tracks to hit 100 million views for her song "Bad Romance." Lyrically, the track explores Gaga's attraction to people that romance never works out with, her preference for lonely relationships and the paranoia she experienced on tour. The video is based on Gaga being kidnapped and sold to the Russian mafia for sexual slavery. By the end of the video, Gaga manages to kill the man who bought her.
10. Shakira, "La La La"

Shakira made it onto our list yet again, this time for her single "La La La" that also hit 100 million views. It may have taken 20 days, but it got there. This song was actually recorded for the Brazil World Cup in 2014, and it was Shakira's second time singing for the FIFA World Cup.
