A Look At The Brit Asia Music Awards 2015 Winners
This year's Brit Asia Music Awards took place at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham and were hosted by Sunny, Shay and Sukhi Bart on Saturday, October 3.
The Brit Asia Music Awards are one of the most talked-about music events of the year in the United Kingdom. The awards celebrate British Asian bhangra and urban Asian talent from not just the United Kingdom but also worldwide with 18 separate categories.

The event was hosted by the superstar couple Sunny and Shay. Shay sported an amazing red and cream lehenga.
This year's awards were attended by the likes of PBN, Dr Zeus, Jags Klimax, DJ Vix, DJ Dips and, of course, the cast from the reality TV show Desi Rascals.
The first award was for Best Breakthrough Act, and this was awarded to Zack Knight, who took the industry by storm earlier in the year with his remix of the classic track "Dheere Dheere."
Sukhi Bart joined Sunny and Shay on stage to host the awards with his signature Pagh and made the crowd laugh with his jokes and poetry. Sukhi announced the Best Songwriter award to Abbi Fatehgaria for "Timetable."
All together, there were seven performances. They started with international sensation Jasmine Sandlas followed by Dr Zeus and Zora Randhawa. They were joined on stage by Gabru Panjab De with their song "Inch," which recently hit 10 million views on YouTube.

It was only right that Anj and Moses from Desi Rascals announced the Best Dance Group, as they both love dancing and even danced their way on and off stage.
Imran Khan performed to his award-winning soundtrack, Imaginary. But, of course, he kicked off his performance with his hit track "Amplifier." If you haven't yet seen the music video for "Imaginary," we suggest you do so, as the track also won best music video and U.K. single. Imran Khan's choice of clothing was interesting. He turned up on stage with a black and red poncho.

Sukshinder Shinda took the stage with a live band and had everyone singing along, and event headliners Ranjit Bawa and Kulwinder Billa had the crowd dancing along to their hit tracks such as "Timetable" and "Yaari Chandigargh Waliye."

Dr Zeus picked up a number of awards, including Best Producer and Bollywood Record of the Year for his hit song "Lovely" with the vocals of Kanika Kapoor. He dedicated an award to his daughter, Karishma, who joined him on stage. Of course, that meant that Kanika took Best Female Act and Best Bollywood Act.
