The Grand Hotel, located in Downtown Toronto, is a penultimate symbol of elegance and luxury offered to the guests.
The moment you step into the Grand Spa, you're in for a treat. Located at the second floor it offers all kinds of services: facials, waxing needs and a variety of massages.
Facials range from classic to customizable. The classical facial begins with an introductory skin analysis which aids in toning your skin with natural ingredients designed to protect and cleanse the skin.
The customized facial, includes a relaxing massage for your face, upper back, and neck. A special mask is applied at the end of leave you with a relaxing and memorable experience.
The Grand Spa does not only offer facials, but also offers manicures and pedicures for that head-to-toe treatment to meet all your beauty needs.
A standard manicure ranges at $25 CDN while pedicure spa offerings vary with the Grand Signature Pedicure ($65 CDN) and Luxurious Spa Pedicure ($80 CDN).
The Grand Signature Pedicure starts with your feet first being soaked, followed by the cuticle service and then finally an application made from seaweed extract and a peppermint exfoliant.
The Luxurious Spa pedicure does not fall short of its name as it takes the Signature Pedicure to the next level by adding a massage using raw earth lotion on the lower leg and feet.
Want to know what the spa is known most for? It's hot stone massage. Pre-warmed stones are placed in important points of the body to stimulate the blood circulation system and relax aching muscles. These rocks are made from volcanic basalt and are high in iron content. The best part is they are said to have therapeutic benefits including aiding sleep problems, muscle aches, and stress.
