Results in regards to male body grooming found out the top reasons why men partake in manscaping. As it turns out, a lot of guys style their body hair for hygienic reason (64%) followed by 45% of men who style because they think women find it sexy.

56 per cent of Canadian men said they style at least one body part
45 per cent of men who style their body hair do so because they feel women think it's sexy

48 per cent of men who style their body hair say they style the way their lady wants

What Women Want

81 per cent of women in Canada believe that guys should style their body hair.
63 per cent of women believe that once they are in a full-fledged relationship, it is acceptable to talk about their partners body grooming.
43 per cent of women appreciate men's body hair styling because it shows, "he's invested in maintaining his appearance as I am in maintaining mine."
53 per cent of women like it when a guy styles his body hair every time he is intimate or about to get romantic.

For the study, an online survey was fielded to 1,000 Canadian women and 500 Canadian men between 18 and 60 years of age, between February 25th through March 1st , 2013.

On April 18th Kate, Genesis and Hannah will take part in the first-ever body hair styling event. The event will stream live online and feature the celebrity ladies taking questions and sharing their opinions on male body hair styling. The event will take place at 3:00PM EST and will be streamed live on Gillette's YouTube Channel. Viewers will be able to send in questions via Twitter (@gillette #whatwomenwant), on Gillette's Facebook page and directly through a YouTube module.
