After all, Deepika is going to be doing action sequences next to the extremely fit Vin Diesel. She's been working hard at Yasmin Karachiwala's Body Image doing pull-ups, deadlifts. squat thrusts, bench overs, mountain climbers and box jumps.

2. Hilary Swank
In 1999, Hilary Swank reduced her body fat to 7% for her role in the movie Boys Don't Cry. She underwent another physical transformation for Clint Eastwood's Million Dollar Baby in 2004. She trained in the ring and with weights to gain 14 pounds of muscle and play a female boxer. Both these roles earned Hilary Golden Globes and Oscars!
3. Priyanka Chopra
This Desi girl picked up an intense workout regimen for Mary Kom. Priyanka Chopra did strength training, kettlebell exercises, and regular and modified jump rope sessions to transform herself into a boxer in a matter of weeks.
Christian Bale is a human accordion! He went from ripped in American Psycho to a mere 121 pounds in The Machinist, and then he bulked up again to play Batman.
Siddharth gained 10 kilograms in four months for the movie Brothers! Along with completing mixed martial arts training, he went on a high-protein diet to sculpt his new body.

Seth Rogen followed the 5-Factor Plan to get in shape for the superhero movie The Green Hornet. The plan is five weeks long. It includes five meals a day with five ingredients, five 25-minute workouts and five cheat days.

Farhan Akhter worked out twice a day for a total of four hours doing cardio and strength training. He had five to six well-balanced meals a day and stayed hydrated.
